Yahoo has given us (web developers) a couple of new resources:
Yahoo! User Interface Library &
Design Pattern Library

PS: I wasn't that happy with Yahoo since they disabled my oldest e-mail account without any explanations, I lost lots of important e-mail addresses and data but these two new resources change my feelings
